Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer

SEESCO supplies MEGTEC regenerative thermal oxidizer.

RTO is the oxidizer which utilize ceramic beds as heat exchanging media.
The process air passes through the first bed where it is heated by the hot surrounding ceramic, the VOC are oxidized.
Treated air exits the oxidizer through the second media where up to 95 % of energy is recovered.
In many cases, the energy in the VOC is sufficient to maintain oxidation reaction and no support fuel is needed.
