SEESCO delivered a VOC Incinerator to X&X company in Korea for the treatment of off gas from chemical process and finished performance test successfully in December 2023. - Off Gas Flow Volume: 2,000 Nm3/Hr - Incinerator Flow Volume: 350 Nm3/Min - Off Gas Energy: 2,000,000 Kcal/Hr - VOC / Naphtalene (C10H8): 0~2.2 % Volume - VOC Destruction Efficiency: 98 % +/- - CO Emission Limitation / TMS: 50 ppm CO@12% O2 Unlikely to general VOC, off gas composition and concentration from chemical process is different and the government environmental agency is monitoring results of off gas treatment continuously by TMS (Tele Measuring System). Incinerator should be designed through careful analysis of composition and concentration of off gas to meet local government emission requirement. For efficient destruction of VOC, speed, resident time, mixing in the reaction chamber should be precisely reviewed and designed. Type of heat exchanger, material, life time, high operating temperature and thermal efficiency are important factors to design heat exchanger.
