SEESCO has obtained a "Low NOx Test Report" from a certified institution for the "CROSSFIRE" model Low NOx Duct Burner after undergoing its own testing process.

It is worth noting that the standard for domestic general Low NOx Burners is 40 ppm NOx@4% O2. With total quantity regulation in effect, the range of burner selection has widened when a low concentration Low NOx Burner is required.

Typically, achieving a performance of 30 ppm NOx@4% O2 requires FGR (Flue Gas Recirculation) or Pre-Mix methods, but the "CROSSFIRE" burner, employing Nozzle Mixing, achieves remarkably low NOx performance of "25 ppm NOx@4% O2" or less.

FGR or Pre-Mix Low NOx Burners usually have complex equipment structures and control systems, which impose many constraints and require meticulous attention to operation management.

However, the "CROSSFIRE" burner is equipped with a precision performance control system, making combustion equipment configuration straightforward and operation management as easy as with conventional burners.

Until now, there hasn't been a suitable Low NOx Burner available as a Duct Burner.

However, since the "CROSSFIRE" burner has obtained a "Low NOx Test Report" from a certified institution, it can now be widely used in various industrial equipment such as Process Air Dryers or drying processes.
